Use your CANCLAVE logo for the press release. The release should clearly define VIF, their objective and the role of CANCLAVE.
If you are interviewed for broadcast TV or radio, clearly state that your event is a CANCLAVE event, and explain the mission and vision of VIF. If the journalist is seeking more comments about VIF, it should be routed through VIF core team.
Don’t allow media to take pictures of the CANCLAVE. Hire or nominate a photographer, and share the pictures.
